Worried about overeating at your favorite restaurant? Take 2-3 heaping tablespoons of Almased mixed in cold liquid 20-30 minutes before eating a meal and you will feel full faster and eat less.
Athletes and intense physical activity:
Almased is an ideal all-natural nutritional supplement rich in protein. Anyone who does sports or physical activity, either as a hobby or as a professional athlete requires a diet rich in protein. Unfortunately, special diets with high levels of animal protein for athletes can cause an unbalanced excessive supply of protein. Under high physical strain (e.g. high-performance sports or strenuous workouts), your daily diet can be supplemented with up to 14 tablespoons of Almased. A study with the German National Swim Team under the supervision of their team doctor showed, it is best to drink a glass of Almased up to 1 hour following exercise.
Diabetes:
A clinical study1 including participants with type 2 diabetes shows that Almased and its low glycemic index is well tolerated, does not raise insulin levels, and can provide a daily positive support for people with type 2 diabetes. The glycemic index tells you how the food you eat influences your blood sugar levels. The lower the glycemic index, the better for you. For this reason and for Almased’s unique composition, which speeds up and improves your metabolism, Almased supports balanced blood sugar and insulin levels. With the additional daily intake of 50 g of Almased, people with diabetes (non-insulin dependent) can safely and effectively lose weight while improving their diabetic blood values, such as insulin, fasting blood sugar, and HbA1c level.

Fasting:
Fasting is popular with many people for many different reasons. Almased can be an excellent supplement for people on a fast to supply necessary nutrients. Aging:
As one grows older, protein requirements increase and often not enough protein is consumed in one’s daily diet. A protein deficiency can lead to lack of energy, tiredness, and listlessness. Two to four tablespoons of Almased provide the body with essential amino acids to invigorate the body’s metabolism.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding:
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, women need high-quality nutrition. The body needs extra support, as the growth of new life requires a lot of protein. By adding up to 8 tablespoons daily, Almased can be a supportive addition to your daily nutrition. Do not diet during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Children:
We do not recommend any weight loss diet for children since they are still in their growth period where they need essential nutrients. Cutting out a meal is not beneficial for a child. Nevertheless, a child can use Almased as a supplement, in addition to the diet. It actually has been shown that Almased increases the attention span of children/adolescents in school and is also beneficial in sport activities. Kids can use 1 heaping tablespoon of Almased mixed in cold liquids twice a day, in the morning and before bedtime, in addition to their daily diet.
Vegetarians:
Vegetarians are faced with eating large quantities of vegetables to meet their protein requirements or accepting malnutrition. Now, they can upgrade their diets with Almased and receive the nutrition they need. NOTE: Almased contains honey enzymes and skim milk yogurt powder, which many vegetarians find acceptable. Take 2 or 4 tablespoons between meals to get the high-quality protein you need.
