Almased Pumpkin Smoothie

- 8 tbsp Almased*
- 10 oz low-fat milk, almond milk or other milk substitutes
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp fresh or plain canned pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice or to desired taste
- 1 cup ice
Pour the liquid of your choice (we chose unsweetened almond milk) into the blender. Next add your own personal measured serving of Almased* (use the chart below), add the sweetener, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and ice. Start blender on low speed then blend on high for 30 seconds. Serve in chilled glass. Enjoy!
