Almased Pumpkin Smoothie
Enjoy the flavors of autumn with an Almased Pumpkin Smoothie. Almased, a high quality all-natural protein powder, is a great start for delicious smoothies. Pumpkin is naturally full of nutrients such as beta-carotene, vitamin-A, potassium and vitamin C. Blend together with pumpkin pie spice and almond milk and you’ll have a healthy, flavorful and fun meal or snack.
Almased Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe
1 Serving: 280 calories per serving when using 8 tbsp Almased [235 with 6 tbsp Almased / 325 with 10 tbsp Almased]
- 8 tbsp Almased*
- 10 oz low-fat milk, almond milk or other milk substitutes
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp fresh or plain canned pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice or to desired taste
- 1 cup ice
Pour the liquid of your choice (we chose unsweetened almond milk) into the blender. Next add your own personal measured serving of Almased* (use the chart below), add the sweetener, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and ice. Start blender on low speed then blend on high for 30 seconds. Serve in chilled glass. Enjoy!
You may want to adjust quantities of all ingredients to accommodate more or less Almased.
