Almased Eggnog Smoothie
What better way to be festive than by blending a little eggnog into your Almased smoothie. We understand that you may feel guilty indulging in a little eggnog, but the good news is that eggnog contains calcium for strong bones, vitamin A for good vision and healthy skin, and B vitamins for nerves. Blended together with Almased you’ll also have the benefits of essential naturally occurring branch chain amino acids, digestive enzymes and probiotics too. Almased Eggnog Smoothie Recipe
1 Serving: 380 calories per serving when using 8 tbsp Almased [235 with 6 tbsp Almased / 225 with 10 tbsp Almased]
- 6 tbsp Almased*
- 3 oz water
- 5 oz light eggnog
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ½ cup ice
Pour the water and the light eggnog into the blender. Next add your own personal measured serving of Almased* (use the chart below), add the vanilla, nutmeg and ice. Start blender on low speed then blend on high for 30 seconds. Serve with a cinnamon stick if desired. Enjoy!
You may want to adjust quantities of all ingredients to accommodate more or less Almased.
