Almased Orange Creamsicles
We dreamed up our own special version of an orange and cream flavored Almased smoothie and we’re certain if you enjoy Dreamsicles, this just might become your favorite Almased smoothie recipe of all. We chose to mix orange juice, carrot juice, cream and vanilla flavoring, which together offers a supply of vitamin-C, bioflavonoids, beta-carotene, and calcium along with other essential vitamins and minerals. Mixed with Almased, this smoothie is a great meal that may make you think you’re actually having dessert.
Orange Almasicle (Almased Creamsicle) Smoothie Recipe
1 Serving 335 calories per serving when using 8 tbsp Almased [290 with 6 tbsp Almased / 380 with 10 tbsp Almased]
- 6-8 tbsp Almased*
- 4 oz carrot juice
- 4 oz orange juice
- 2 oz heavy cream
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup ice
Pour the carrot juice, orange juice and cream into the blender. Next add your own personal measured serving of Almased* (use the chart below). Add the vanilla extract and ice. Start blender on low speed then blend on high for 30 seconds. Serve in chilled glass. Enjoy!
You may want to adjust quantities of all ingredients to accommodate more or less Almased.
