About the Ingredients
CYRACOS® LEMON BALM
A clinical study was conducted on 20 individuals between the ages of 18 and 70 to scientifically demonstrate the anti-stress activity of Cyracos®. A group of volunteers with symptoms of anxiety and difficulty falling asleep were observed. This group was supplemented with 300 mg of Cyracos® 2 times daily. After 2 weeks of supplementation, the following results were observed in the Cyracos® consuming group:
- An 18% reduction in the signs of anxiety.†
- A 15% reduction in symptoms associated with stress.†
- A 42% reduction in initial insomnia.†
It was found that all subjects had reduced stress and/or insomnia, and thus Cyracos® was involved in bringing them closer to less stress and less insomnia. Each Sleep Concept capsule contains 200 mg of Cyracos® Lemon Balm.
MELATONIN
Melatonin helps restore the body’s sleep-wake cycle. It is used to increase total sleep duration and reduce sleep onset time.† Each Sleep Concept capsule contains 1.5 mg of Melatonin.
- Helps rebalance sleep-wake cycles (circadian rhythm aspect).†
- Helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (aspect of delayed sleep in the sleep quality) in people with delayed sleep phase syndrome.†
- Melatonin helps increase total sleep duration (aspect of sleep quality) for people with limited sleep or whose sleep schedules are modified, such as shift work and jet lag.†
- Helps prevent and/or reduce the effects of jet lag (for example, daytime fatigue, disturbed sleep) for those travelling eastward through two or more time zones.†
LACTIUM®
Lactium® is a relaxing milk protein hydrolysate. Lactium® has been tested by numerous studies that have proven its effectiveness on stress symptoms and its safety.† The stress-relieving properties of Lactium® were tested and scientifically confirmed at 167 mg/day. Lactium® does not cause any problems related to lactose intolerance. Each Sleep Concept capsule contains 84 mg of Lactium®.
5-HTP

HOPS
In addition to improving sleep quality, it improves nervous and anxious states.† It also helps to regulate the mood of those who experience occasional depression.† Each Sleep Concept capsule contains 125 mg of Hops concentrate 5:1 equivalent to 625 mg.
PASSION FLOWER
Passional Flower calms the nerves and induces sleep, allowing you to be as alert when you wake up as after normal sleep.† Each Sleep Concept capsule contains 125 mg of Passion flower concentrate 4:1 equivalent to 500 mg.
MAGNESIUM CITRATE
Magnesium is involved in all phases of the body’s relaxation.† Each Sleep Concept capsule contains 150 mg of Magnesium citrate.
