Energetic Nutrition is a reseller of several quality lines of products. We receive a fresh supply of products regularly so you can be assured that your product is up to date, and has been properly cared for. We stock everything we sell in a temperature controlled facility which houses our warehouse, shipping department, and administrative offices. We do not sell products via drop shipping. Everything you order will come directly from us.

We are always happy to answer customer questions about the products we provide at Energetic Nutrition. Our nutritionist is available during our business hours to answer your call, chat, email, or posts on our message boards.

• Telephone – Contact our Order Department to place an order or regarding any order or website issues. For product questions, contact our on-staff nutritionist to help answer questions regarding your personal use of the products offered on Energetic Nutrition’s website. If we are currently not available, please leave a message and your call will generally be returned the same day. If a call is received after hours on a Friday, then the call will be returned the following Monday. Please note:  Phone time with the nutritionist may be limited due to the high volume of calls that we receive and our desire to respond to all inquiries within a reasonable time period.

• Email - This is a great way to communicate with us also, especially if you have basic questions about our products, ordering, or shipping.  Emails are generally answered the same business day, or by the end of the following business day.  If an email is received after hours on a Friday, then it will be answered on the following Monday (sometimes on Tuesday if we're really busy).

• Message Boards – Access our message boards to post a question for our nutritionist or other customers.  You can also just make a comment or reply to another post.  Feel free to browse our posts; however, you will need to register the first time if you would like to post on these boards.  Our customers have found our message boards to be a useful tool when one is looking for additional support or would simply like to help support others. Yes, we know our boards are a bit old school - we're working on that.
  
  
• Live Chat – As an expansion of our Premium Customer Support, we have added Live Chat to our website. Please join us!  We believe this may be a more convenient form of contact for some of our customers.  This option can be especially helpful for those with basic questions regarding our products or services. Be assured that you will be chatting with a real person who will promptly answer your questions. 
  
  
• Special Offers – Our website reports monthly sales, new product notifications, and other special offers on our Specials page. Those on our emailing list will receive information via email regarding these announcements. Additionally, they will receive notification of "customers only" specials that are not available to the general public.  A great way to save!  Don’t miss out! If you do not have email, or object to being on our email list, then you may call, email, or chat to discover what is on special at the current time.
