Vitamin B12 - helps maintain healthy nerve cells and red blood cells. Works in close partnership with folic acid in synthesis of the building blocks for DNA and RNA. B Vitamins and Anemia

Anemia can result from a variety of medical problems, including deficiencies of vitamin B12, vitamin B6, folic acid and iron.
