DimPro
Diindolylmethane for Women and Men
Size: 120 Capsules - 75 mg
DIMPRO® Estrogen Metabolism Support
DIMPRO® features BioResponse DIM®, a patented and highly absorbable form of diindolylmethane (DIM), a phytonutrient found naturally in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts.
DIM supports healthy hormone balance by improving the way the body metabolizes estrogen, increasing the "good" metabolites and reducing the "bad" ones.*
With BioResponse DIM®'s patented microencapsulation system and decades of clinical research, DIMPRO® combines advanced science with nature's power to deliver superior hormonal support, helping promote balanced hormones, healthy metabolism, and overall vitality.*
- Promotes healthy estrogen metabolism*
- Supports hormonal balance in both women and men*
- Encourages fat loss and healthy skin*
- Supports breast, uterine, cervical, and prostate health*
- Helps maintain energy, mood, and vitality*
Enhanced Absorption with BioResponse DIM®
In its pure crystalline form, DIM is poorly absorbed by the body. To overcome this challenge, BioResponse Nutrients developed a patented microencapsulation system that makes DIM truly bioavailable. BioResponse DIM® was the first, and remains the only, form of DIM with clinically proven enhanced absorption.
Why BioResponse DIM® Is Unique
- Patented Microencapsulation System - Enhances absorption and ensures consistent delivery*
- Provides proven bioavailability of highly insoluble DIM through its patented delivery system*
- Contains a minimum of 25% diindolylmethane for consistent potency*
- Promotes a more favorable metabolism of estrogen for men and women*
- Does not require stomach acid activation, unlike indole-3-carbinol (I3C)*
- Promotes production of 2-hydroxyestrone and 2-methoxyestrone, key protective estrogen metabolites*

How DIM Works
DIM (diindolylmethane) is a natural compound found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage. It supports healthy hormone metabolism by helping the body break down estrogen into beneficial “good” metabolites while reducing the less desirable “bad” forms.*
Supplementing with DIMPRO® provides the same level of active indoles as eating about three pounds of broccoli per day, helping shift the balance of hormones toward a healthier state.*
"An optimal estrogen balance has implications for successful aging in both women and men."
— Dr. Michael Zeligs, M.D., co-author of All About DIM
DIM promotes efficient estrogen metabolism, supports antioxidant activity in the heart and brain, and helps maintain balanced testosterone levels that support healthy mood, energy, and vitality.*
- Supports healthy estrogen metabolism and balance*
- Increases beneficial “good” estrogen metabolites*
- Reduces “bad” estrogen forms linked to imbalance*
- Provides antioxidant support for heart and brain health*
- Encourages balanced testosterone activity for energy and mood*
Estrogen Balance for Men and Women
A sluggish estrogen metabolism can cause excess active estrogen (estradiol), leading to:
- Women: weight gain around the hips and waist, breast tenderness, mood swings*
- Men: weight gain, prostate enlargement, hair thinning, reduced libido*
DIMPRO® helps rebalance these pathways naturally by increasing beneficial estrogen metabolites that act as antioxidants while reducing undesirable ones.*
Hormone Support Backed by Science
According to Dr. Michael Zeligs, M.D., co-author of All About DIM, maintaining optimal estrogen balance supports healthy aging and may offer protective benefits for both women and men. A healthy estrogen metabolism also enhances testosterone activity, helping sustain vitality, mood, and sexual wellness.*
