Order Processing

At Energetic Nutrition, your order is our priority. Over the years, we've earned a reputation for fast order processing by making every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Every order also receives the prompt, personal service it deserves and is carefully packed, checked for accuracy, and prepared for shipment with the same dedication to quality and customer service that has guided our business for over 30 years.

*Standard Processing Schedule

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT, Monday–Friday typically ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT generally ship the next business day.
  • Orders placed Friday afternoon/evening, or over the weekend, typically ship on Monday.

We Often Exceed Our Standard

While our published processing schedule reflects what customers can normally expect, whenever possible, we process and ship orders ahead of schedule.

Although our published cutoff is 12:00 PM PT, many orders placed later in the day are still processed and shipped the same day when time allows.

Likewise, many Friday afternoon and Saturday morning orders are shipped on Saturday, helping your package begin its journey sooner.

Tracking and Notifications

We'll keep you informed every step of the way by email. You'll receive notifications when:

  • Your order has been processed and is ready for carrier pickup, including your tracking number.
  • Your package is out for delivery.
  • Your package has been delivered.

You can also monitor your shipment through the carrier's tracking updates or view your current order status anytime by logging into your Energetic Nutrition account.

Exceptions

We make every effort to meet our published processing schedule; however, it cannot be guaranteed. Mondays and holidays can occasionally result in higher order volume, and processing may extend into the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on federal or company holidays.


Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more (based on merchandise value).

Your order will be processed quickly and shipped using one of our available carriers. Once your shipping label is created, we’ll email you the carrier, shipping method, and tracking number. If you have a registered account, you can also view your shipping details and tracking information anytime in your Customer Account.


Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.  To view available methods and rates:

  • Add items to your cart.
  • Proceed to checkout.
  • Enter your shipping address.

All available shipping options and real-time carrier rates will be displayed. You may need to click on the dropdown arrow to see all options.


Shipping Methods

We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx Express. During checkout, you will be able to choose from the available services based on your package’s weight, dimensions, and destination. USPS options include Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. FedEx Express options include Express Saver, 2-Day, and Standard Overnight.

Estimated transit times for each service are shown in the charts below.

All USPS shipments include tracking and up to $100 of automatic insurance.

Transit times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.


FedEx Transit Times

FedEx shipments include tracking. A physical address is required, as FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days for FedEx Express services.


Insurance Coverage

For high-value orders, we may add additional insurance, which may require a signature upon delivery.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.
  • For damaged items, claims should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Delivery delays or issues caused by the carrier are beyond our control, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
  • If the package is returned to us, additional reshipping fees will apply to send it again to the corrected address.

If you realize you have entered the wrong address shortly after placing your order, contact us right away. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.


International Shipping

Yes, we regularly ship to several countries. Available methods and rates will appear during checkout based on your destination.


Purchasing as a Gift

We are happy to ship your order as a gift.

If you would like to add a message (such as "Happy Birthday"), please enter it in the Order Special Instructions box in your shopping cart.

A copy of your invoice is automatically included with all shipments. If you do not want the recipient to receive the invoice, please let us know in the Special Instructions box, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Extreme Weather Conditions

If you live in an area with very hot or very cold temperatures, please be mindful of how long your package sits in your mailbox, on a porch, or in another outdoor location. Prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures can damage nutritional supplements.

We are happy to delay shipment to a specific date to accommodate your schedule better; just let us know before your order ships.

We cannot be responsible for damage to products that are not collected promptly or are exposed to extreme weather after delivery. Your Customer Account and shipping confirmation email include tracking details so you know when to expect your order.
