Subscription Policy

In this policy, “Subscribe & Save” and “AutoShip” are collectively referred to as “Subscriptions.”


Subscription Overview

By selecting a Subscribe & Save or AutoShip option, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of the selected product at the delivery interval you choose. Subscriptions are for physical products and continue until modified or canceled by you.

Available delivery intervals may include monthly, every two months, or every three months, depending on the product. Some products may offer different delivery intervals.


Subscription Savings & Pricing

Subscription orders include a product- or brand-specific discount, which varies by product. Discounts may range from 4% to 10% or more and may change in the future.

  • The subscription discount applies to both the first shipment and all recurring shipments
  • Discounts are applied to the current product price at the time each order is processed
  • If a product’s price changes, future subscription orders will reflect the updated price minus the applicable subscription discount

Notice of Changes:
If we update subscription discounts, eligible products, delivery intervals, or subscription terms, notice will be provided through your customer account portal and/or by email. Changes apply only to future orders.


Billing, Authorization & Order Processing

  • Your selected payment method is charged at the time each subscription order is placed
  • Orders are generated automatically based on your selected delivery schedule
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless modified or canceled

Authorization for Recurring Charges:
By enrolling in a Subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each scheduled order, including applicable shipping and taxes.

You may update or change the payment method used for future Subscription orders at any time through your customer account.


Managing Your Subscription

Subscribers have full control of their Subscriptions through the Subscriptions tab in their customer account.

From the customer portal, you can:

  • Add or remove products from a Subscription
  • Change delivery frequency
  • Modify the next shipment date or all future shipment dates
  • Skip an upcoming order
  • Pause or cancel a Subscription
  • Apply available Reward Points to eligible upcoming Subscription orders
  • Update or change the payment method used for future Subscription orders

All changes can be made online at any time without contacting customer service.


Cancellations, Skips & Changes

  • Subscriptions may be paused, skipped, or canceled at any time
  • To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled order date
  • There are no cancellation fees

Shipping

Subscription orders follow the same Shipping Policy as one-time purchases.

  • Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping
  • Shipping methods, carriers, and delivery timeframes are the same as standard orders
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) and sales tax are calculated at checkout for each Subscription order and may vary based on delivery address and order contents

Payment Method Issues & Updates

If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to process the payment again. If payment remains unsuccessful, the upcoming shipment may be delayed, skipped, paused, or canceled until payment information is updated.

To avoid interruptions, customers may update their payment method at any time through the Subscriptions tab in their customer account.


Reward Points & Subscriptions

Reward Points earned on Subscription orders are credited to your account in accordance with our Rewards Program.

  • Reward Points earned from a Subscription may be applied to the next scheduled Subscription order
  • Points are applied by the customer directly within the Subscriptions area of their customer account
  • When applied, Reward Points reduce the order total for the upcoming Subscription shipment, subject to Rewards Program terms

Reward Point availability, earning rates, and redemption rules are governed by our Rewards Program and may change over time.


Returns & Refunds

All Subscription orders are subject to our standard Return Policy.

  • Return eligibility, timeframes, and conditions are the same as for one-time purchases

Program Changes

We reserve the right to update subscription discounts, eligible products, delivery intervals, and Subscription terms at any time. Updates apply to future orders only.
