Return and Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident when ordering from Energetic Nutrition. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.


Unopened Merchandise (U.S. Orders Only)

You may return any unopened product in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit, subject to the following terms:

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

How to Return an Item

Step 1 — Obtain Authorization

Contact us by email, telephone, or live chat to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of your return package.

Include one of the following inside your package:

  • Sales receipt
  • Order number

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received your order.

Step 2 — Processing Your Return

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow a few business days for processing. Refunds or credits will be issued as follows:

  • Credit card orders: refunded to the same card
  • PayPal orders: refunded to your PayPal account
  • Store credit: may be applied toward future purchases

Note: A Return Authorization number does not guarantee a refund. All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Condition of Returned Products

Nutritional supplements are sensitive to heat and cold. We can only accept returns that have been stored correctly and remain in good condition. Do not leave products in vehicles or other environments with extreme temperatures.

If returned products show signs of damage or improper storage, we will be unable to issue a refund or credit, even if a Return Authorization number has been provided. We appreciate your understanding, as we never restock products that may have been compromised.


Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Orders returned to us as “Refused” or “Unclaimed” are subject to:

  • A 10% restocking fee (15% if shipped with free shipping)
  • No refund for original shipping charges

We’re happy to reship your order, but re-shipping costs will apply.
If an error occurred in the shipping address on our end, we will reship your package at no additional cost.
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.


Opened Merchandise

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened. Because individuals respond differently to nutritional supplements, we cannot guarantee that a product will “work” for everyone.

Before opening, please review each product’s ingredients and precautions thoroughly.
If you suspect a quality issue, inspect the product immediately and contact us for assistance.


International Orders

We’re sorry, but no returns, refunds, or credits are accepted for orders shipped outside the United States.

Because supplements are temperature-sensitive, we cannot verify the condition of international returns once they leave or re-enter the U.S., and therefore cannot restock them.
