Copy of Vitalzym Cardio: Suggested Use Guide FOR THUMBNAIL

Welcome to the Vitalzym Cardio Suggested Use Guide

This guide explains how to take Vitalzym Cardio for optimal systemic enzyme activity, including the manufacturer's suggested daily use, proper timing, and practical guidance for incorporating Vitalzym Cardio into your daily routine.

Vitalzym Cardio is a hybrid systemic and digestive enzyme formula that combines a proteolytic enzyme blend with nattokinase, CoQ10, magnesium, and digestive enzymes. Together, these ingredients provide systemic and digestive enzyme activity along with complementary support for cardiovascular wellness and normal cellular energy production.*

How to Take Vitalzym Cardio

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule three times daily, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Vitalzym Cardio contains nattokinase, serrapeptase, and other systemic enzymes with fibrinolytic activity. Because these ingredients may affect normal blood clotting, begin conservatively and do not exceed 3 capsules daily unless directed by your healthcare professional.

  • Empty Stomach: Take Vitalzym Cardio at least 1 hour before eating or at least 1 hour after eating.
  • Separate Daily Servings: Take the three capsules at separate times throughout the day rather than taking all three capsules at once.
  • Full Glass of Water: Take each capsule with a full glass of water and continue drinking water throughout the day.

Suggested Timing Example

Morning: Take 1 capsule upon waking, at least 1 hour before breakfast.

Mid-Day: Take 1 capsule at least 1 hour after lunch.

Evening: Take 1 capsule at least 1 hour after dinner or before bed.

Why Empty-Stomach Use Matters

Vitalzym Cardio uses powder-filled capsules that begin releasing their contents in the stomach. Some enzyme activity may be reduced by stomach acid, while the remaining enzyme activity continues into the small intestine, where it can become available for absorption and systemic support.

Taking Vitalzym Cardio away from food helps preserve more of its enzyme activity for systemic use. When food is present, a greater portion of the enzymes may be directed toward materials within the digestive tract. Taking the capsules on an empty stomach helps increase the amount of enzyme activity that remains available for absorption and use throughout the body.

Taking Other Supplements or Medications

Many users choose to take Vitalzym Cardio separately from other supplements and medications. Separating Vitalzym Cardio from other products may help preserve more enzyme activity for absorption and systemic use.

If you take prescription medications, consult your healthcare professional regarding the timing of supplementation and any potential interactions that may be relevant to your individual situation.

Important Precautions

Do not take Vitalzym Cardio without the guidance of your healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, or currently taking prescription anticoagulant (blood-thinning) or antiplatelet medications.

Individuals with bleeding disorders, ongoing bleeding conditions, recent surgery, recent major trauma, active ulcers, a history of intracranial bleeding, recent neurosurgery or ischemic stroke, or severe uncontrolled high blood pressure should consult their healthcare professional before using Vitalzym Cardio.

Discontinue use at least two weeks before any scheduled surgery.
