Energetic Nutrition Reward Points

Our Reward Points Program is our way of thanking you for choosing Energetic Nutrition. You can earn points when you shop with us, when your customer account is established, on your birthday, and when you refer a friend. Reward Points can then be redeemed for savings on future purchases.

Guests can earn Reward Points, but you will need to access your customer account in order to view and redeem them.

How Reward Points Work

Earn Points:
Earn Reward Points automatically when you make eligible purchases, establish a customer account, celebrate your birthday, or refer a new customer.

Redeem Points:
Use your available Reward Points toward the product subtotal of a future purchase. Points can be redeemed in the Cart or applied to an upcoming Subscribe & Save or AutoShip order.

Save More:
Every 100 Reward Points equals $1 in savings. You can choose when to redeem your points and how many to use.

Ways to Earn Reward Points

Make a Purchase:
Earn 5 Reward Points for every $1 spent on products. Points are calculated on the product subtotal after discounts and do not include shipping or tax. Points are added automatically after the order is placed. If an order is canceled or refunded, the points earned from that order are removed. For a partial refund, points are adjusted proportionally.

Customer Account Bonus:
Receive 500 Reward Points when your Energetic Nutrition customer account is established. This can happen either when you create an account directly or when your customer account is created automatically when you place your first order.

The 500-point bonus is awarded automatically and may take a few minutes to appear. To view and redeem your Reward Points, access your customer account using the same email address. You’ll receive a 6-digit verification code by email — no password is required. Guests can still earn Reward Points from purchases, but they must access their customer account to view and use them.

Celebrate Your Birthday:
Receive 1,000 Reward Points each year on your birthday. To receive birthday points, enter your birthdate in My Profile in your customer account. Birthday points are awarded on the actual date of your birthday and are limited to once within a 365-day period.

Refer a Friend:
You will earn 500 Reward Points when you refer a new customer and they complete their first qualifying purchase. Your friend receives 10% off their first order of more than $25. Complete referral details are provided below.

How to Redeem Reward Points

You can redeem Reward Points for discounts on the product subtotal of your order. 100 points = $1 in savings. Reward Points may be combined with other discounts and can be used for some or all of the product subtotal, up to 50,000 points ($500) per claim. Reward Points cannot be applied to shipping or tax.

Redeeming Reward Points in the Cart:
On the Cart page, look for the Reward Points box beneath the products in your cart. The box shows “You have XXXX Reward Points” so you can see how many points are available.

1. Enter the number of points you want to redeem. Most customers choose to use all of their available points, but you may enter any amount you prefer.

2. Click the Use points button.

3. A Reward Points discount code will appear below the entry box. The code begins with REWARDS- followed by a unique combination of letters and numbers.

4. Click the copy icon next to the Reward Points discount code.

5. Paste the code into the Discount Code box in the right column of the Cart page.

6. Click the Apply button to apply the Reward Points discount to your order.

7. After you click Apply, look for the REWARDS- discount code below the Discount Code box and a matching discount amount beneath the Subtotal. This confirms that your Reward Points were successfully applied.

The Reward Points box also shows an example, such as 123 points = $1.23, to help you see how your points convert to savings.

If you generate a Reward Points discount code but do not use it right away:

Viewing and Managing Your Reward Points

You can view and manage your Reward Points anytime from My Reward Points in your customer account.

Available Points:
Your Available Points balance shows the Reward Points you currently have available to redeem.

You can also open the Reward Points widget on the left side of the screen at any time while browsing the website for quick access to your points information. If you are logged into your account, your available Reward Points may also appear in the rotating announcement bar at the top of every webpage.

Points Report:
The Points Report shows the history of your Reward Points activity, including the date, point activity, status, and description. This lets you review when points were earned, redeemed, adjusted, or removed because of an order cancellation or refund.

Refer a Friend

You will earn 500 Reward Points when you refer a new customer to Energetic Nutrition and they complete their first qualifying purchase. Your friend receives 10% off their first order of more than $25.

How to Refer a Friend:
Go to My Reward Points in your customer account and select Refer a Friend. From there, you can share either your unique referral code or referral link.

If your friend uses the referral link, they will be taken to the Energetic Nutrition website and shown a popup with their discount code. They can copy that code, enter it in the Discount Code box in the Cart, and click Apply.

The referral offer is for a new customer making their first purchase. Once your friend completes that qualifying first order, 500 Reward Points are added to your account.

Reward Points and Subscribe & Save / AutoShip

You will earn and can redeem Reward Points on Subscribe & Save and AutoShip orders just as you do on one-time purchases.

Earning Points on Subscription Orders:
Subscribe & Save and AutoShip orders earn 5 Reward Points for every $1 spent on the final product subtotal after any applicable subscription discount, other discounts, and any Reward Points applied to the order. Shipping and tax do not earn points.

Using Points on Your First Subscription Order:
When you place your first Subscribe & Save or AutoShip order, you can redeem Reward Points directly in the Cart using the same steps as a regular one-time purchase.

Using Points on Future Subscription Orders:
For future subscription orders, go to My Subscriptions and open the specific subscription you want to manage.

In the Reward Points box on the right side of the subscription page:

1. Review the number of Reward Points you have available.

2. Enter the number of points you want to redeem. You may enter any amount you have available.

3. Click the green Redeem $XX button.

4. The Reward Points are immediately removed from your available balance and applied to your next upcoming subscription order.

5. When you are finished, click My Account in the left menu to return to your customer account.

Verifying Your Reward Points Redemption:
At this time, no confirmation message appears after the points are applied. To verify that the redemption was recorded, click My Account in the left menu, then My Reward Points. In the Reward Points area, click My Reward Points from the right menu, then select Points Report. Look for an entry dated the same day with the description “Deducted by admin.”

Reward Points are not applied automatically to future subscription orders. You decide when to use them and how many to redeem. Some customers prefer to let points accumulate and apply them every second or third subscription order.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

If an order is canceled or refunded, any Reward Points earned from that order are removed automatically.

For a partial refund, the points earned are reduced proportionally based on the refunded amount.

If you used Reward Points on an order that is later canceled or refunded, the redeemed points are returned to your Reward Points balance.

For Subscribe & Save and AutoShip orders, some cancellation and refund details are still being confirmed with our rewards and subscription providers. We will update this page as those details are finalized.

Important Reward Points Program Information

Reward Points do not expire. Your available points will remain in your account until you choose to redeem them, subject to adjustments for returns, refunds, cancellations, or points awarded in error.

Reward Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Reward Points are not transferable between customer accounts, except when Energetic Nutrition makes an administrative correction, such as resolving a duplicate account.

Energetic Nutrition reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Reward Points Program, including earning and redemption terms. If the program is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice whenever possible and explain how any outstanding Reward Points will be handled.

Reward Points – Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to create an account to earn Reward Points?
No. You can earn Reward Points as a guest. Your customer account is created automatically when you place your first order, and you will need to access that account to view and redeem your points.

How do I see my Reward Points balance and activity?
Go to My Reward Points in your customer account to see your available point balance and Points Report. You can also open the Reward Points widget on the left side of the screen at any time while browsing the website for quick access to your points information.

Can I use all of my Reward Points at once?
Yes. You may redeem any amount of available points you choose, up to 50,000 points ($500) per claim.

Can I use Reward Points with another discount or coupon?
Yes. Reward Points may be used together with other eligible discounts or coupon codes.

How can I check whether my Reward Points were applied?
After you click Apply, look for the REWARDS- discount code below the Discount Code box and a matching discount amount beneath the Subtotal. This confirms that your Reward Points were successfully applied.

Can I earn Reward Points on Subscribe & Save orders?
Yes. Subscribe & Save and AutoShip orders earn 5 Reward Points for every $1 spent on the final product subtotal after discounts and any Reward Points applied to the order. Shipping and tax do not earn points. You can also redeem Reward Points on your first subscription order in the Cart and on future subscription orders through My Subscriptions.

What happens to points if my order is canceled or refunded?
If an order is canceled or refunded, Reward Points earned from that order are removed automatically. For a partial refund, earned points are reduced proportionally based on the refunded amount. If you redeemed Reward Points on an order that is later canceled or refunded, the redeemed points are returned to your Reward Points balance.
