Where Is My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us. That email contains:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct tracking link — click it to see real-time updates from the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

How to Track Your Shipment

  1. Open your Shipping Confirmation email from Energetic Nutrition.
  2. Click the Track My Order link in the email. This link takes you directly to the carrier's tracking page with your shipment status.
  3. Alternatively, copy your tracking number from the email and paste it into the carrier's website:

Typical Shipping Timeline

We process and fulfill most orders within 12 to 24 hours. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Can't Find Your Confirmation Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you used the same email address you entered at checkout.
  • If your order was placed as a guest, search your inbox for an email from Energetic Nutrition.
