Free Shipping

We now offer free shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more—a lower threshold than our previous $75 minimum. You’ll still enjoy the same discounted shipping rates and familiar carrier options. Learn more in our Shipping Policy.

Faster and Easier Checkout

You no longer need a password to log in or create an account. Enter your email address and complete a quick two-factor authentication step for security—you’ll receive a code by email or text message.

Prefer not to register? You can always check out as a Guest.

If you were transferred from our previous website platform, your name and email are already on file. You will need to re-enter your billing and shipping address. Add your birthdate to receive birthday reward points each year.

Reward Points Program

Our Reward Points Program has been elevated—while still rewarding you with 5 points per dollar spent (equivalent to 5% of your purchase).

You can now earn points in even more ways:

  • Create an Account – New account holders who register their email address to create an account will earn 500 points. Existing customers who have been migrated from our prior website platform have been given 500 points to welcome you. YES, your existing points have been brought over as well.
  • Happy Birthday – Receive 1,000 points as our annual birthday gift. Just add your birthdate to your profile.
  • Refer a Friend – Earn 500 points when your friend makes a purchase, and they’ll receive 10% off their first order.
  • Leave a Review – Earn 1,000 points for your review, plus 500 bonus points when you include a photo or video.

Important: To redeem points at checkout, you must register using your email and log in when placing your order.

Managing Your Account

After logging in with your email address, click the person icon in the top-right corner of any page to open your Account area. You’ll find the following sections:

Home

View your total orders, available coupons, recent purchases, and frequently bought items.

My Profile

Update your name, email, addresses, and birthday. If you use separate billing and shipping addresses, enter both—your shipping address will be your default unless you change it.

My Orders

View order history and order status details. Once shipped, tracking information and carrier details are available. Orders from our prior platform are not displayed here, but you may contact us anytime for those records.

My Reward Points

See your current points balance, lifetime points earned, and redeemed points. Your Points Report shows detailed activity for your account.

My Coupons

Sales and promotional coupon codes will appear here for easy access. If you started an order but didn’t complete it, any applied reward points are saved as a coupon code you can copy and paste into your cart on future orders.

My Product Reviews

View your submitted reviews. Earn 1,000 points for each review and 500 bonus points when you include a photo or video.

Refer a Friend

Share your referral link or code with friends or on social media. You’ll earn 500 points when a referred friend makes a purchase, and they’ll enjoy 10% off their first order.

Sales and Promotions

We will continue offering our familiar sales and promotions. Coupons will be available during these events—enter the code in the Discount Code box at checkout and click Apply. You can also find available coupons in the My Coupons section of your Account.
