Existing Customers - Need to Know

Your Account - If you placed an order on our previous website on or after October 2023, your name and email have likely been transferred to your new account. To get started, simply enter your email address to log in. You may be prompted to add your billing and shipping address. You can also add your birthdate to receive birthday reward points each year.

Reward Points - If your account was transferred, your Reward Points have been carried over. As a welcome to our new website, eligible accounts have also received an additional 500 points.

Prior Orders - Orders from our previous website are not displayed in your account. If you need information about a past order, please feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.

Reward Points:
Earn Reward Points on subscription orders, just like regular purchases. Points can be applied to upcoming subscription orders directly from your Subscription section.

Reward Points Program

Our Reward Points Program has been enhanced—while continuing to reward you with 5 points per dollar spent (a 5% return on your purchase).

You can now earn points in even more ways:

Create an Account – Earn 500 points when you register. Existing customers who were migrated to our new website have also received 500 welcome points, along with any previously earned points.
Happy Birthday – Receive 1,000 points each year when you add your birthdate to your profile.
Refer a Friend – Earn 500 points when your friend makes a purchase, and they’ll receive 10% off their first order.
Product Recommendation – Quickly revisit products you’ve recently viewed for easy access.

Important: To redeem points at checkout, you must first register with your email address. For future orders, simply log in with that same email when placing your order.

Managing Your Account

After logging in with your email address, click the person icon in the top-right corner of any page to open your Account area. You’ll find the following sections in the left-side menu.

Note: Your Subscribe & Save orders are managed separately—click My Subscriptions at the top of the page to view and manage your subscriptions.

Home

View your total orders, available coupons, recent purchases, and frequently bought items.

My Profile

Update your name, email, addresses, and birthday. If you use separate billing and shipping addresses, enter both—your shipping address will be your default unless you change it.

My Orders

View your order history and status details, and easily re-order items from previous purchases. Once shipped, tracking information and carrier details are available. Orders from our previous website are not displayed here, but you may contact us anytime if you need information about a past order.

My Reward Points

See your current points balance, lifetime points earned, and redeemed points. Your Points Report shows detailed activity for your account. Your existing points have been brought over from our prior website platform

My Coupons

Sales and promotional coupon codes will appear here for easy access. If you started an order but didn’t complete it, any applied reward points are saved as a coupon code you can copy and paste into your cart on future orders.

Refer a Friend

Share your referral link or code with friends or on social media. You’ll earn 500 points when a referred friend makes a purchase, and they’ll enjoy 10% off their first order.

Sales and Promotions

We will continue offering our familiar sales and promotions. Coupons will be available during these events—enter the code in the Discount Code box at checkout and click Apply. You can also find available coupons in the My Coupons section of your Account.
