Suggested Use - Nattokinase
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule three times daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Take capsules at least 30 minutes before a meal, 60 minutes after a meal, or any time between meals.
Nattokinase contains nattokinase and other systemic enzymes that exhibit fibrinolytic and blood-thinning activity by helping break down fibrin, a protein involved in blood clot formation. Because this product can affect normal blood clotting, begin conservatively and do not exceed 3 capsules daily unless directed by your healthcare provider.
WARNINGS
Because the ingredients in Nattokinase exhibit blood-thinning and fibrinolytic activity, certain individuals should not use this product or should do so only under the supervision of a healthcare provider.
Consult your healthcare provider before using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or have a medical condition.
Do not use this product if you:
- Take prescription anticoagulants (blood thinners), unless specifically directed and monitored by your healthcare provider
- Have a bleeding disorder, including hemophilia or hemorrhagic diathesis
- Have active bleeding or conditions associated with an increased risk of bleeding
- Have stomach ulcers
- Have had recent major surgery or major trauma
- Have experienced intracranial (brain) bleeding
- Have undergone neurosurgery within the past six months
- Have suffered an ischemic stroke within the past six months
- Have severe, uncontrolled high blood pressure
Discontinue use at least two weeks prior to any scheduled surgery.
